Exclusives Collection: Flash Black
The Ray-Ban Limited Edition Exclusives Collection – three iconic frames redesigned in matte black metal with silver flash lenses – required sharp key visuals and point of sale assets for use by high end retailers. From title to tagline, images to video, it all had to be as slick as the frames themselves.
The name was inspired by the contemporary black and silver materials while paying tribute to the timeless, iconic frames: Flash Black was born. For the visuals, we created a complete set of in-store and online assets. Firstly a short film uncovered the story of the frames, featuring a dark, rough concrete background, contrasted by smooth white neon lights spelling out the campaign name. To support the film, we produced a range of stunning images. Product photography captured both the individual frames and the whole collection in beautiful black-on-black shots, while our key visual put the frames in front of a Flash Black neon backdrop for one powerful campaign image. Dark and impactful, together the assets brought to life the exclusivity and style of the designs with the iconoclasm of Ray-Ban.
